If you had an account with Lake Mills Cleaners, we created a matching account within our computer system. However, you must finish setting up your account with us to begin service.
To get started:
1️⃣ Connect to your account. Verify your delivery address. Add a credit card to your account.
2️⃣ Schedule your first pickup
✅ We will stop by on your next delivery day (note: our schedule and days are different than Lake Mills Cleaners).

We will not pick up any bags until your account is set up correctly and you’ve requested a pickup!

Signing up for Klinke Cleaners’ pickup and delivery service is quick and easy.

Log In with Your Lake Mills Email

    • If you previously provided your email to Lake Mills Cleaners, your information is already in our system. To access your account, just visit our login page and use the email you provided to Lake Mills Cleaners.
    • Click “Forgot Password” to receive a link and set your password. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to log in and manage your account.
    • Sign in to your account on our website or mobile app, then follow the instructions to register for delivery service.

Don’t Forget Your Delivery Instructions

      • If you provided Lake Mills Cleaners with a garage code, key fob, or other special instructions, please include that information in during your signup process.

Tips to Know Before Using Klinke Delivery Service

Action Required To Start

You are not automatically signed up for Klinke’s service, you must sign-up and submit a pickup request. Also, please verify your address and contact information are up-to-date in your new Klinke account.

Delivery Schedule

Your delivery days will differ from the standard Lake Mills Cleaners schedule. Your deliveries will be scheduled for either Mon / Wed or Tues / Thurs.

Payment Methods

We only accept payments via debit or credit card. You will add your preferred card to your account via our secured website or mobile app.

Minimum Order Requirement

To help us operate efficiently, we require a minimum of either three garments per order (such as shirts, dry cleaning items, or household items) or a minimum order total of $30.

Simple Transition

For your first Klinke pick up, please use your Lake Mills bag. We’ll exchange it for a pink Klinke bag. Since you already have a Lake Mills bag, you won’t be charged for a Welcome Kit.

Wash n Fold Laundry

Our delivery team can pick up your laundry and do all the dirty work for you through our Wash n Fold Laundry Service. 

24/7 Klinke Stores

Pickup and delivery customers also have access to many 24/7 self-service stores in Dane County for added convenience.
